Supply of Gases for Laboratory Use in the Czech Republic

This public procurement contract involves the supply of commonly used gases, special gases, and gas mixtures, including small volume gases, for analytical and calibration purposes in the hygienic and clinical laboratories of the contracting authority, based on their operational needs. The required gas supplies are essential for the services provided by the contracting authority as defined by law, and they require coordinated communication with the gas supplier to ensure timely delivery and uninterrupted supply. The gas deliveries will occur within a defined geographical area based on the contracting authority's jurisdiction under Act No. 258/2000 Coll. on Public Health Protection. The supplier must guarantee the delivery of the entire range of required goods within the specified timelines, quantities, and quality as per individual orders. This contract is divided into three parts: Part 1 - Commonly Used Gases, Part 2 - Special Gases and Mixtures, and Part 3 - Small Volume Gases. Bidders can submit offers for one, multiple, or all parts of the contract, but each offer must be submitted separately for each part. To be considered for evaluation, bids must cover the entire scope of the respective part of the contract, including all items requested by the contracting authority. Bids for each part will be assessed and evaluated separately, independent of bids submitted for other parts.
