Medical Supplies Contract for Disposable Equipment

This contract involves the supply of disposable medical equipment divided into 9 packages for the 116th Military Hospital with Outpatient Clinic in Opole. The delivery will occur progressively throughout the contract period. The packages include: 1) Various disposable items, 2) Oxygen therapy equipment, 3) Cannulas, needles, syringes, and extensions, 4) Special needles, cannulation sets, and surgical blades, 5) Surgical clips and drainage, 6) Endoscopy tools such as forceps and loops, 7) Suturing materials, 8) Sterilization tests, indicators, and labels, 9) Endoscopy urease tests.
