Construction of Interior Wooden Doors for Arnsberg Town Hall

The City of Arnsberg is seeking suppliers for the manufacturing, delivery, and installation of interior wooden doors, including maintenance services. The project involves the following key components: - Wooden door leaves in steel frames with or without fire and smoke protection requirements, as well as sound insulation requirements. - Wooden door leaves in wooden frames with or without fire and smoke protection requirements, as well as sound insulation requirements. Each door element includes: - Door frame - Door leaf - Complete fittings and installation components with fastening and sealing materials, as well as structural and mechanical accessories, including wall installation as specified in the performance description and requirements. The door leaf and frame must comply with RAL GZ 426 quality standards and classifications, provided as standard door leaves, either single or double rebated, with continuous sealing, to be delivered and professionally installed and sealed. Fire protection requirements: Classification according to DIN EN 13501. The following fire resistance classes and classifications according to DIN EN 13501-2, DIN EN 13501-3, and DIN EN 13501-4 are assigned to the short designation in the position or the building supervisory requirements: "T90" = fire-resistant, smoke-tight, and self-closing corresponds to classification EI2 90-Sa C5; "T90-RS" = fire-resistant, smoke-tight, and self-closing corresponds to classification EI2 90-S200 C5; "T30" = fire-retardant, smoke-tight, and self-closing corresponds to classification EI2 30-Sa C5; "T30-RS" = fire-retardant, smoke-tight, and self-closing corresponds to classification EI2 30-S200 C5; "RS" = smoke-tight and self-closing corresponds to classification S200 C5. Note: C5 corresponds to a test cycle count of 200,000 cycles for fire protection/smoke protection doors (single-leaf closures). Maintenance is required for 4 years during the limitation period for defect claims based on maintenance checklists from the door manufacturers, including all necessary maintenance, repair, and adjustment work, as well as all required tools, spare parts, labor hours, trips, and standby times.
