Development of Educational Applications for the Ministry of Education

This public procurement contract involves the development of eight applications for the Ministry of Education. The contract is divided into two lots: • Lot 1: Applications for IT solutions aimed at digitizing curricula and other educational documents, including an application for content reading, an application for reading comprehension, and an application for learning scenarios. • Lot 2: IT solutions for generating tests and conducting assessments, including an application for tests and additional applications for task management: an application for task management, an application for interactive tasks, an application for calculated tasks, and an application for programming with blocks. Funding for this project is secured in the buyer's budget for 2025 and 2026, specifically under the following accounts: • 230207 – C2K7IJ Digitalization of Education and Sports-NOO-MVI, account 4207 – Purchase of intangible assets, project: 3330-22-2200 - Digitalization of Education (applications and services), measure C2.K7.IJ Digitalization of Education at the level of primary, secondary, and adult education (applications and services). • 231661 – VAT payment for NOO – education, account 4207 – Purchase of intangible assets, project: 3330-22-2200 - Digitalization of Education (applications and services), measure C2.K7.IJ Digitalization of Education at the level of primary, secondary, and adult education (applications and services). This project falls under the development area of Digital Transformation, Component 2: Digital Transformation of the Public Sector and Public Administration (C2K7), investment J Digitalization of Education and Science. The goal of investment J within this component is to provide adequate information and communication infrastructure, including fast and reliable optical connections, as well as appropriate digital applications and e-services aimed at developing digital competencies. This investment serves as a fundamental basis for the development of digital skills and competencies among learners, which are essential for the future society.
