Procurement of Commercial Goods for Budapest Spas 2025

Budapest Gyógyfürdői és Hévízei Zrt. is seeking suppliers for the procurement of necessary commercial goods for its operated spas and thermal baths. The framework agreement will last for 12 months, with a possible extension of 12 months. The procurement includes the following sections: 1. Swimwear (men's and women's) and swim caps, with a net budget of 146,000,000 HUF for the delivery of 24,500 swimwear and 40,000 swim caps. The quantities provided are for reference only, and the buyer commits to purchasing up to 80% of the budget. 2. Pool slippers, with a net budget of 235,000,000 HUF for the delivery of 120,000 pairs. 3. Towels and other bath textiles (towels, terry bathrobes, textile sheets, and mud sheets), with a net budget of 350,000,000 HUF for the delivery of 8,000 terry bathrobes, 92,000 towels, 5,000 textile sheets, 5,000 mud sheets, and 6,000 classic hammam towels. The quantities are provided for reference only, and the buyer commits to purchasing up to 80% of the budget. Detailed information about the goods to be procured is included in the technical description. All delivered products must be labeled with 'BUDAPEST SPAS' as per the provided sample. The winning bidder will also be responsible for packaging the products according to the technical description and delivering them to the buyer's central warehouse located at 1031 Budapest, Rozgonyi Piroska utca 2/A. If any part of the procurement documentation refers to a manufacturer/brand name/certification or specific quality characteristics, it serves as a minimum quality requirement, and equivalent products will also be accepted.
