Supply of Fully Automatic Production Line for Coffins

This public procurement contract involves the delivery of one fully automatic production line (CL) for coffin manufacturing, as specified in the technical documentation included in the tender documents. To avoid any misunderstandings and to preempt potential questions regarding the tender documentation, it is stated that this public procurement is conducted in the form of Design & Build. All requirements set by the contracting authority regarding the functionality of the delivered goods must be met, as outlined in Appendix 1: Performance and Function Requirements (hereinafter referred to as 'Performance and Function Requirements'). The contract will be fulfilled based on a signed purchase agreement, which is part of the tender documentation. In addition to the delivery of the production line, the contract also includes the complete and flawless execution of all related assembly and installation work, including the supply of necessary materials, machines, and equipment required for their execution, covering the entire scope defined by the Performance and Function Requirements.
