Winter Services Contract in Nordfyns Municipality

Nordfyns Municipality is seeking suppliers to provide winter services within the municipality. The winter services are divided into the following routes: - A routes (truck) – for ice control and combined driving. - B routes (tractor with salt) – for ice control. - 8 Stiroutes, including 1 hand tool route. - 6 Institutional routes (tractor) – for ice control, combined driving, and snow removal. - Snow removal routes 1-25 (performed with a tractor). - Snow removal on 7 colored routes (performed with a truck). Two sub-agreements will be awarded for A routes (truck) and two for B routes (tractor). Additionally, seven sub-agreements will be awarded for stiroutes (tractor) and one for a hand tool route (trailer). Six sub-agreements will be awarded for institutional routes, and 25 sub-agreements for snow removal (routes 1-12 for small call-outs and 13-25 for large call-outs). Seven sub-agreements will be awarded for colored routes. A small call-out means that the entire route on the GIS map must be covered in one call-out. A large call-out means that there is too much snow for a small call-out to cover. In this case, all routes in the small call-out are divided into two sub-routes. For example, small route 1 is divided into large call-out snow 1+2, and small route 2 is divided into large call-out 3+4. The routes are detailed in section 1.18 Winter Services – Appendix 1. Each bidder can be awarded a maximum of 5 routes.
