Construction Works for Kazimierz OdNowa Project in Sosnowiec

This contract involves construction work for the project titled 'Kazimierz OdNowa – reclamation of post-mining areas in the Municipality of Sosnowiec.' The detailed description of the contract is provided in Annex 3 of the Terms of Reference. A warranty period of 60 months is required for the contract. The contracting authority anticipates awarding additional contracts based on Article 214, paragraph 1, point 7 of the Public Procurement Law, which allows for the repetition of similar construction works. The scope of similar contracts includes installation work in buildings and construction work related to: - buildings, - construction of pipelines, communication and energy lines, land leveling, - landscaping, - land development. The contract may be awarded under the conditions specified in the Public Procurement Law through a negotiated procedure, considering the following pricing principles: - For the valuation of works identical to the main contract, calculations will be based on the prices indicated in the detailed valuation of works mentioned in the contract. - For the settlement of construction works not included in the remuneration framework, the following pricing principles will apply: for the valuation of works not listed in the detailed valuation, prices will not exceed the average material prices from the latest published issue of the SEKOCENBUD publication, and labor costs will not exceed the average prices for the Silesian Voivodeship from the latest published issue of the SEKOCENBUD publication during the execution of these works. In the absence of equivalents, prices from invoices or purchase offers for materials and equipment rental not listed in the price list will be used. For this purpose, the contractor will present a simplified cost estimate using the Cost Estimation Norms for Material Inputs.
