Information System Supply and Implementation for Technology Transfer and Intellectual Property Management

This contract involves the supply and implementation of an information system designed to manage technology transfer processes and protect intellectual property rights. The project is part of the initiative to enhance the research capabilities of the University Clinical Research Support Center in Wrocław, funded under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. The system will facilitate the management and digitization of intellectual property protection processes, technology transfer processes, and client relationships related to these processes. Key components of the contract include the delivery and configuration of the system to meet the buyer's needs, provision of licenses, maintenance and development services for the system, and training for the buyer's staff on system operation and administration. The implemented system will serve as a foundation for future enhancements as the buyer's business needs evolve.
