Design Services for Sanitary Sewage and Water Supply Networks in Poznań

This contract involves the development of a project in accordance with the applicable Building Law and the Minister of Development and Technology's regulation from December 20, 2021, regarding the detailed scope and form of project documentation, technical specifications for execution and acceptance of construction works, and functional and utility program. The project includes: - Designing a sanitary sewage network with connections in Poznań, specifically in the area of Żelazna Street, as part of investment task 5-05-18-143-1, along with obtaining a valid building permit (AQUANET S.A. allows for the building permit to be obtained electronically. The choice between paper or electronic format for the building permit is at the contractor's discretion). - Designing a water supply network with connections in Poznań, specifically in the area of Żelazna Street, as part of investment task 3-05-18-142-1, along with obtaining a valid building permit (AQUANET S.A. allows for the building permit to be obtained electronically. The choice between paper or electronic format for the building permit is at the contractor's discretion). Additionally, the contractor will provide author supervision during the execution phase of the works based on the documentation subject to this contract, from the date of signing the contract with the construction contractor until the final acceptance protocol is signed. Detailed requirements regarding the subject of the contract and all information concerning design solutions are included in the attached technical conditions issued by AQUANET S.A., which form the basis for the design. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 9 to the SWZ.
