Technical Consulting and Assistance for Preliminary Studies in Nordhavn

By & Havn has entered into a framework agreement for technical consulting and assistance regarding preliminary studies in Nordhavn, which includes two sub-tasks: 1. Preliminary studies for the demolition of two buildings in Nordhavn (HVC, Levantkaj 1-3, Svanemølleholm and CMP Domicil, Containervej 9, Levantkaj). The demolitions are necessary to make way for the M4 metro line and are covered by the regulations on selective demolition (Sub-task 1A and 1B). 2. Other preparatory work for urban development in Nordhavn, including (but not limited to) (Sub-task 2): a. Preliminary study for the demolition of other buildings in Nordhavn b. Preparation of technical tender documents for the demolition of buildings c. Professional supervision and environmental/resource coordination with the demolition of buildings d. Pollution investigations (soil, groundwater, materials, and/or buildings) e. Obtaining authority permits, including the preparation of technical basis for authority applications, including EIA screenings and authority dialogue f. Other preliminary studies for land development in urban development areas. The framework agreement has an estimated value of DKK 2,500,000 excluding VAT and a maximum value of DKK 10,000,000 excluding VAT.
