Security System Installation and Maintenance

This contract involves the installation, service, repair, and maintenance of security systems and facilities for VA SYD's new and existing installations across its six member municipalities. The work primarily includes, but is not limited to, the following systems and brands: • Intrusion alarms: Vanderbilt SPC and ASSA ARX • Access control systems: ASSA ARX • Area alarms (brand not specified) • CCTV systems: Milestone Corporate • Fire alarms: Siemens, Consilium, Aritech • Intercom systems: ASSA ARX • Electromechanical locks (brand not specified) • Mechanical locks (brand not specified) • Digital lock cylinders: ILOQ S5 The contract also includes lock emergency services, available 24/7. Security systems and installations (hereafter referred to as security installations) are present in both indoor and outdoor environments. Installation tasks may involve both total contracting and execution contracting, with the specific type indicated in the call-off. The commitment includes management, planning, coordination, and control of the contractor's own work. Ongoing service must be performed on: • Intrusion alarms • Access control systems • Fire alarms • CCTV systems The supplier must be able to meet all requirements covered by the procurement either through its own operations or by engaging subcontractors.
