Romania – Metal Structure Works – Design and Execution of the Investment Work "Maintenance Hall for Rolling Stock (Locomotives and Wagons)" at the Wagon Revision Post in Baia Mare belonging to SRTFC Cluj

This project involves the design and execution of an investment work for a maintenance hall dedicated to railway rolling stock, specifically for the rectification of wheel bands directly on the rolling stock without disassembling the bogies. The project includes the installation of a buried lathe, planned repairs, testing stands, geometry checks, and repairs of wagons at the bogie section, as well as a laser blasting installation and an automated painting cabin using water-based paint. These improvements aim to enhance the efficiency of rolling stock repairs within the SRTFC Cluj area and the entire passenger rail transport network. The funding contract number 45 /13.12.2023 is part of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), Pillar 1 – Transition to a Green Economy, Component C4. Sustainable Transport, Investment I2 – Railway Rolling Stock. The investment project is proposed for funding according to Note no. Sinv/1/174/23.04.2025 approved by the Minister of Transport and Infrastructure, which also approved the modification proposal for funding contract number 45/13.12.2023 for the investment project “Modernization of 55 electric locomotives for passenger train towing, conversion of 20 hydraulic diesel shunting locomotives into electric locomotives with batteries, and modernization of 139 passenger wagons” as part of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), Pillar 1 - Transition to a Green Economy, Component C4. Sustainable Transport, Annex no. 1 - Project Sheet. Economic operators can request clarifications 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers, and the contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information before the 11th day of the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting entity will only respond to clarification requests made by economic operators by the established deadline. Any request for clarification must be submitted through SEAP (http://sicapprod.elicitație.ro/pub).
