Lift Maintenance Services in Belgium

This contract involves the maintenance, repairs, and rescue of individuals from elevators across the entire property portfolio of Woonsprong. As of May 2025, this includes a variable number of 140 elevators. During the contract period: • New elevators may be added (due to new construction or after the termination of the current contract); • Elevators may be removed from the contract (e.g., during building renovations or replacement construction); • Elevators may be suspended for a certain period (e.g., during the replacement of existing elevators or modernization work, which includes the duration of the work plus one year between the preliminary and definitive project phases).
