This contract opportunity involves providing auto repair services for vehicles that support local budget-funded departments. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 20 days before the bid submission deadline. The contracting authority will respond to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the submission deadline. The authority plans to award 5 subsequent contracts under this framework agreement but reserves the right to award more or fewer contracts based on needs and budget. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract is 697,023.37 lei excluding VAT; the minimum estimated value of the framework agreement is 760,320.00 lei excluding VAT; and the maximum estimated value is 3,041,280.00 lei excluding VAT. Estimates of minimum and maximum quantities that may be requested throughout the framework agreement, as well as those for individual subsequent contracts, are included in the tender documentation.
