Security Services for Refugee Accommodation Facilities in North Rhine-Westphalia

This contract opportunity involves the provision of security services at central accommodation facilities (ZUE) and initial reception facilities (EAE) for refugees in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW). The Arnsberg District Government is managing this procurement process on behalf of the participating district governments of Detmold, Cologne, and Münster. The contract will be awarded to one bidder or a consortium for each facility, with the second and third place bidders placed on standby. If the contract with the first-place bidder is terminated early (for example, due to insolvency or extraordinary cancellation), the respective district government may approach the second and then the third place bidders to see if they are willing to take over the services under the offered contract terms.
