Building Maintenance and Repair Services Contract

This contract involves providing maintenance and repair services for heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and gas detection systems in SPI buildings, as well as checking the tightness of oil tanks. The contract is for a duration of 24 months and includes: Annual maintenance and inspection of equipment such as gas boilers, oil boilers, heat pumps, gas air heaters, hot water air heaters, split system air conditioning units, radiators, and their control systems. It also includes annual gas leak detection maintenance and ventilation system maintenance. Repairs will be conducted as needed for heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and gas detection equipment, as well as for hot water preparation systems and plumbing. All maintenance will be performed by qualified technicians with the necessary certifications. The contractor must provide all required tools, access equipment, and safety measures for the personnel involved. A 24/7 human telephone service must be available for intervention requests. The list of buildings covered by this contract may change during the contract period, and any additions will require a contract amendment. An updated inventory of equipment and maintenance performed will be submitted to SPI annually. The contract is a single lot, and by submitting an offer, the service provider acknowledges familiarity with the locations and conditions of the buildings and equipment.
