Dairy Products Supply Contract for Romanian Schools

This contract aims to provide free dairy products, including UHT milk and yogurt, to preschoolers in accredited public and private kindergartens, as well as to primary and secondary school students in both public and private institutions, and to students in special education within Salaj County. The daily value limit for each preschooler or student includes the total purchase price of the products, VAT, transportation, distribution, and storage costs. The minimum quantity required over the entire framework agreement is 17,244,924 units, while the maximum is 17,379,908 units. The largest subsequent contract anticipated under this framework agreement is estimated at 4,449,546.92 lei excluding VAT, with a maximum quantity of 4,405,492 units. Suppliers can request clarifications until 22 days before the bid submission deadline, and the contracting authority will respond to these requests 15 days prior to the deadline. All correspondence between the contracting authority and suppliers will be conducted online through the SEAP platform.
