Road Construction and Bridge Engineering Services in Poland

This contract involves the preparation of documentation for the expansion of provincial road no. 175 between Drawsko Pomorskie and Kalisz Pomorski, including the expansion of DP 1978Z and the construction of a bridge over the Brzeźnicka Węgorza stream in Oleszno. The documentation required includes: 1) construction designs with approval for road investment; 2) executive designs; 3) investment cost estimates, work quantities, and technical specifications; 4) environmental impact assessment and report (if required); 5) technical concept; 6) geotechnical documentation for building foundations; 7) materials and actions related to property acquisition for road use; 8) approved permanent traffic organization project; 9) approved traffic organization project for the construction period; 10) stabilization of new boundaries in the field with acceptance of geodetic work reports; 11) complete documentation in electronic format (CD and USB). The project is expected to be funded by the Government Road Development Fund. The contracting authority may also issue similar contracts as per public procurement law. The value of services is set at up to 700,000 PLN net, consistent with the primary contract scope, involving the repetition of similar services. The contracting authority does not require the contractor or subcontractors to employ individuals under an employment contract for the execution of the contract.
