Construction Upgrade Project for Centre Court in The Hague

This project involves upgrading parts A and B of the Centre Court complex to meet the NkBR standards. Key components include creating a new entrance area, adding new access points in the parking garages, establishing a high-security office floor, and setting up a recording studio. Additionally, the outdated access control system and surveillance cameras will be replaced and connected to the security post in part C of the building. The scope also includes architectural and technical adjustments in the meeting area and various common facilities such as the mailroom, changing rooms, prayer room, and ventilation systems. The Centre Court complex is located at Prinses Beatrixlaan 2 in The Hague and includes both office and residential spaces. The Rijksvastgoedbedrijf (RVB) has leased the office spaces in parts A, B, and C for use as government offices. This specific project focuses on enhancing security and facilities in parts A and B.
