Telecommunications Services – Ordering Satellite Communication and Data Services

This framework contract involves the procurement of satellite telephone communication and satellite data services for the buyer's SAT telephones and satellite data devices, under the conditions specified in the contract and its annexes. According to Section 77(3) of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority will not make the information/documents specified in points 3.3.1–3.3.3 of the RSD publicly available electronically, meaning they will not be uploaded to the e-RHR. The information/documents mentioned in points 3.3.1–3.3.3 will be provided to interested parties upon request, accompanied by signed confidentiality agreements. As a result of this public procurement, a framework agreement will be concluded with one successful bidder.
