Oil Supply Contract for the Office for Foreigners

This contract involves the ongoing delivery and unloading of 280,000 liters of heating oil to the Center for Foreigners in Podkowa Leśna-Dębak, 05-805 Otrębusy, Mazowieckie Voivodeship, and 14,000 liters of heating oil to the Office for Foreigners in Warsaw, ul. Taborowa 16, 02-699, Mazowieckie Voivodeship. Detailed specifications are provided in Annex 1 of the procurement conditions. Key requirements for the heating oil include: density at 15°C not exceeding 860 kg/m3, calorific value not less than 42.6 MJ/kg, kinematic viscosity at 20°C not exceeding 6.00 mm2/s, flash point not lower than 58°C, water content not exceeding 200 mg/kg, sulfur content not more than 0.10% (m/m), pour point not higher than 20°C, and ash content not exceeding 0.01% (m/m). The tank sizes for receiving the heating oil are: 20,000 liters (Center for Foreigners in Podkowa Leśna-Dębak) and 2,000 liters (Office for Foreigners at ul. Taborowa 16 in Warsaw). Deliveries will be made in batches, each approximately: 12,000 to 15,000 liters for the Center for Foreigners in Podkowa Leśna-Dębak and 1,000 to 1,500 liters for the Office for Foreigners at ul. Taborowa 16 in Warsaw. The delivery schedule, location, and quantity for each batch will be specified in a request sent via email by the contracting authority. Each batch of heating oil must be delivered within 72 hours of the request from the contracting authority. The contractor is required to fulfill the order under the terms and conditions described in the Draft Contract Provisions (PPU) included in Annex 1 to the procurement conditions.
