Public Services Software and IT Systems for Enhanced Accessibility and Security in Olsztyn

This contract aims to improve the accessibility of public services and the security of e-services provided by PWiK Sp. z o.o. in Olsztyn. The contract is divided into two parts: Part I involves the delivery and implementation of e-services and back-office components, which includes: 1) Pre-implementation analysis for Part I, 2) Level 4 e-services, 3) Level 5 e-services, 4) Development of an API for drinking water source mapping and resource sharing with application developers for runners, cyclists, and dog owners, 5) Development of WCAG 2.1 requirements, 6) Infrastructure for the system, including storage space (1 storage array) and 1 deduplicator, 7) Database solution for new e-services, 8) Virtual Customer Service Office – eConsultant, 9) Open Data Geoportal. Part II involves the delivery and implementation of a telemetry system, energy management, and cybersecurity, which includes: 1) Pre-implementation analysis for Part II, 2) Telemetry monitoring system, 3) Purchase and installation of water meters, flow meters, and data transmission modules with installation and water measurement setup, 4) Purchase and implementation of BMS class software, 5) Purchase of cybersecurity software, 6) Purchase of cybersecurity devices, 7) Purchase of cybersecurity training.
