Renovation and Repair Works for a Multi-Functional Hall and Olympic Pool in Medgidia

The project aims to enhance the sports infrastructure in Medgidia by creating a recreational space for sports activities. The renovated building will feature energy-efficient designs and reduced greenhouse gas emissions. Structural improvements will include replacing metal elements in the roof, reinforcing concrete structures, and ensuring the integrity of the concrete through technical solutions. The project covers an area of approximately 11,650 square meters, as per the site plan A001. Surrounding areas include: north - Danube Canal - Black Sea; east - Podgoriilor Street; south - Albinelor Street; west - Medgidia Sports Complex. Upon completion, all works must adhere to the approved project documentation. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 15 days before the deadline for submitting offers, and responses will be provided by the contracting authority on the 11th day before the submission deadline.
