API Development and Integration Services for Public Data

This contract involves the implementation of an Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) to facilitate the integration and management of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) within public administration. The goal is to support both existing and new APIs in a simplified manner, adhering to a low-code philosophy. Additionally, the project aims to develop and implement an API that meets the requirements for High-Value Data (HVD), ensuring open access to public data for all users without the need for login, regardless of gender, age, disability, race, or ethnic origin. This initiative is part of the 'Data 3.0 Exchange, Value' project under Action 2.3 Digital Accessibility and Reuse of Information within the FERC Program 2021-2027. The necessity for this contract is in accordance with the EU Commission Implementing Regulation 2023/138, which establishes a list of specific high-value datasets and the conditions for their publication and reuse. Furthermore, integrating systems via ESB will reduce the need for creating and maintaining multiple connections between systems, enabling continuous access to data and services, thus facilitating monitoring and management.
