Cleaning Services for Office Spaces and External Areas in Łódź Voivodeship

This contract involves the provision of regular cleaning services for office spaces at the headquarters of the Łódź Regional Office and 21 County Offices located in the Łódź Voivodeship, as well as cleaning external areas around selected ARiMR facilities in the region. The cleaning services will cover a total area of approximately 14,517.67 m², which includes 11,025.66 m² of internal office spaces (such as offices, social rooms, restrooms, corridors, server rooms, and conference rooms) and 3,492.01 m² of additional spaces. External cleaning will cover 4,417 m² of sidewalks, parking lots, and lawns around 10 ARiMR facilities. Cleaning will take place from Monday to Friday, between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM, in the presence of a client representative, with adjustments made as needed. The contractor must employ an adequate number of staff to ensure timely and proper execution of the services, with all cleaning personnel required to be employed under a labor contract. Any changes to the list of employees must be communicated to the client promptly.
