Laboratory and Optical Equipment Supply and Support

This public procurement contract involves the supply, installation, commissioning, and warranty support of laboratory and optical equipment for the needs of the Institute of Electrochemistry and Energy Systems (IEES-BAS). The project is funded by the Scientific Research Fund and consists of two specific lots: Lot 1 includes equipment for cultivating microorganisms with optical density measurement and electrochemical behavior analysis; Lot 2 involves equipment for separating and visualizing biopolymers. The scope of the contract includes the following activities: - Delivery of the equipment as described in the Technical Specifications (Appendices 2.1 and 2.2); - Installation, commissioning, configuration, and testing of the delivered equipment; - Warranty support for the delivered equipment, including the supply of necessary parts, materials, and consumables for a minimum warranty period of 24 months from the date of installation and testing. Key deadlines include: - Equipment delivery within 30 days from the contract signing; - Installation and commissioning within 2 days from delivery, confirmed by a delivery acceptance protocol; - Warranty period of 24 months from the installation and testing date. The procurement is financed by the Scientific Research Fund under Contract KP-06-N67/6 dated December 12, 2022, as part of the project "Bioelectrochemical Systems for the Treatment of Organic Pollutants."
