Event Organization Services for ARP

The contract involves comprehensive event organization services for the Industrial Development Agency (ARP) and the development and production of promotional, informational, and advertising materials in accordance with ARP's Key Visual and ESG principles. This includes social services as outlined in Annex XIV of the European Parliament and Council Directive 2014/24/EU on public procurement. The detailed description of the contract is provided in Appendix 3 of the Contract Template. The conditions for executing the contract and the contractor's obligations are specified in the Contract Template, which is Appendix 2 of the Terms of Reference. The buyer will enter into a framework agreement with a maximum of three contractors, inviting those who meet the participation conditions and score the highest in the evaluation criteria. If two or fewer contractors meet these conditions, all will be invited to enter the framework agreement without further evaluation. If there are ties in scoring, all contractors with the same score as the second-highest will be included. The maximum budget for the framework agreement is 4,000,000 PLN (four million zlotys), excluding VAT.
