Construction of New Headquarters and Service Buildings for Faxe Forsyning

Faxe Forsyning is seeking a general contractor for the design and construction of a new headquarters and associated service buildings. The project includes an administration building that must be certified to DGNB Gold with Heart. Additionally, various service buildings will be constructed, including waste sorting facilities, a car wash, workshops, and more, along with extensive outdoor areas for parking for guests and employees, parking facilities for waste collection vehicles, and a retention basin, all with a strong focus on biodiversity. Faxe Forsyning emphasizes the reuse of materials, and the new administration building is intended to reflect this commitment while fitting into a higher architectural context. The goal is to consolidate their activities in Rønnede within a future-proof, cohesive framework. Currently, wastewater management is located in Faxe near the treatment plant, collection services are spread across three locations in Rønnede, and administration is in Haslev. This project aims to bring these three functions together in a new building, which will include an administration and staff building, garage facilities, and associated amenities for collection services, as well as all outdoor areas including parking, focusing on creating a cohesive, safe, and secure flow. Faxe Forsyning is looking to engage a general contractor (a general contracting team) that can deliver the complete construction and civil engineering works along with the necessary architectural and engineering design services to realize the entire project.
