Architectural and Engineering Services for Health Center Renovation in Grenoble

The Isère Department is seeking suppliers for a contract to provide scheduling, coordination, and management services for the renovation of the Departmental Health Center located on Avenue Albert 1er de Belgique in Grenoble. This project involves a complete renovation of the health center, which is classified as a type U establishment, category 5. The contractor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities and decisions made by various stakeholders involved in the project, including the project owner, users, the project management team, technical control office, health and safety coordinator, public services, contractors, and other participants. The scope of work includes building construction, site preparation, necessary outdoor improvements, temporary installations required during the renovation phases, and any other elements specified in the project program.
