Food Supply Contract 2024-2025

This contract involves the supply of various food products for the years 2024 to 2025. The items required include potatoes, assorted cakes, milk, apples, semi-white bread, butter, liver pate, and tomatoes. The minimum and maximum quantities for each item are as follows: - Potatoes: Minimum 58,400 kg, Maximum 91,300 kg - Assorted cakes: Minimum 360 kg, Maximum 540 kg - Cow's milk: Minimum 14,600 liters, Maximum 17,500 liters - Apples: Minimum 10,800 kg, Maximum 18,250 kg - Semi-white bread: Minimum 51,100 kg, Maximum 73,000 kg - Butter: Minimum 80 kg, Maximum 120 kg - Liver pate: Minimum 120 kg, Maximum 170 kg - Tomatoes: Minimum 430 kg, Maximum 560 kg The framework agreement will be awarded to a maximum of three economic operators without re-competition, as per the provisions of Law 98/2016. The primary supplier will be the one ranked first, and if they cannot maintain their offered price or ensure the required delivery, the contract will be awarded to the next ranked supplier. Subsequent contracts may be concluded based on needs, typically quarterly. Product delivery will be made according to firm orders from the buyer, which will align with the delivery schedule. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification or additional information at least 10 days before the deadline for submitting offers. Requests for clarification on the award documentation must be submitted by potential bidders no later than 18 days before the offer submission deadline. In accordance with Article 161 of Law 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond to clarification requests no later than the 11th day before the offer submission deadline.
