Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Installation

This project involves the construction of a new building as defined by Article 2, Section 3 of the Bavarian Building Code (BayBO). The highest floor where occupancy is permitted is approximately 4.00 meters above the average ground level, classifying the building as Class 3 according to Article 2, Section 3, Number 3 of the BayBO. Additionally, it is categorized as a special building under Article 2, Section 4, Number 12 of the BayBO. The heating requirements include: - 1 plate heat exchanger (120 kW) - 1 fresh water station (54 l/min) - 1 buffer storage tank (5000 liters) - 1 central operating technology unit with 4 heating groups - approximately 1,150 m² of underfloor heating - approximately 2 radiators - approximately 310 linear meters of C-steel piping (D15-54) For sanitary work, the requirements include: - approximately 320 linear meters of plastic wastewater pipes (DN 50-125) - approximately 630 linear meters of stainless steel drinking water pipes (D15-35 mm) - approximately 260 linear meters of plastic drinking water pipes (D16-25 mm) - approximately 124 items of furnishings with equipment - approximately 70 mounting elements for lightweight walls - approximately 13 fire extinguishers.
