Laboratory Services for Health Support Project

This contract involves providing laboratory testing services for participants in the health support project for employees of 'Uzdrowisko Busko-Zdrój' S.A. The services include: a) 183 comprehensive blood test packages, which cover liver function tests, complete blood count, iron levels, urea, sedimentation rate, creatinine, uric acid, electrolytes, lipid profile, glucose, and various cancer markers (including breast, ovarian, pancreatic, colorectal, and gastric cancer markers). The contractor will be responsible for transporting samples to the laboratory, analyzing the samples, and providing all necessary materials for sample collection, such as vials, gloves, needles, and disinfectants. b) 28 prostate cancer diagnostic packages, which include specific genetic tests and PSA levels. c) 155 ovarian cancer markers. The contractor must fulfill the order according to the terms outlined in the SWZ and its attachments. This order is part of the project 'Health Support for Employees of Uzdrowisko Busko-Zdrój' S.A., co-financed by the European Funds for the Świętokrzyskie region 2021-2027.
