Vegetation Management Services in Corsica

The framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders. Each lot will be awarded separately, and services will be compensated based on unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and cover all renewal periods, including options for similar services and renewals. This contract involves the cutting of vegetation in various locations, including: - on the shoulders, slopes, and ditches of the roads in the Corsican road network; - on walls and around structures; - on private land owned by the Collectivité de Corse; - on parcels being studied for the installation of new infrastructure as part of investigations (such as surveys and topographic measurements). The consultation consists of 9 geographical lots, leading to the establishment of 9 specific framework agreements. This framework agreement does not adhere to the exclusivity principle. The contracting authority reserves the right to engage third parties for certain types of services outlined in this contract throughout its duration. In addition to this framework agreement, adapted procedures and negotiated procedures without competition may be initiated when the contracting authority is able to utilize them.
