    Brief

This contract involves the procurement of fixed and mobile telephony services, as well as internet services, through the establishment of an integrated communications system for voice and data transmission/reception. The goal is to support the contracting authority's operations efficiently while reducing the financial burden on the institution. The service period is 48 months from the signing of the framework agreements, organized into two lots. Additionally, the winning supplier must provide terminals (fixed/mobile phones) as requested by the contracting authority in the specifications. The supplier must adhere to all contractual clauses and requirements set by the contracting authority throughout the duration of the framework agreement and subsequent contracts. The framework agreements will be established for a maximum quantity, and their execution will be based on annual subsequent contracts (services) and purchase orders/subsequent contracts (products), depending on the allocated budget for this purpose. The contracting authority will respond to clarification requests from economic operators on the 16th day before the deadline for submitting offers and again on the 12th day before the deadline. Economic operators interested in requesting clarifications can do so until the 14th day before the deadline for submitting offers. The quantities initially set by the contracting authority in the award documentation are estimates of the quantities that may be requested during the entire framework agreement and are not the exact quantities that will be purchased, which may be smaller, equal, or larger than the estimated amounts, depending on the actual needs of the contracting authority, without exceeding the estimated value of the framework agreement. The incidental expenses, as specified in various sections of the specifications, are fixed amounts representing a maximum value ceiling allocated by the contracting authority for different categories of telecommunications services and related products necessary for the functioning of the services. These amounts are included as fixed values in the financial proposal of all bidders and in the value of the framework agreement. The reimbursement of expenses will be based on the specified amounts in the various sections of the specifications. Lot 1: Fixed telephony and internet services - incidental expenses for telecommunications services amounting to €11,120.00 excluding VAT; for products, amounting to €16,000.00 excluding VAT. Lot 2: Mobile telephony and internet services - incidental expenses for telecommunications services amounting to €8,200.00 excluding VAT; for products, amounting to €70,000.00 excluding VAT.
