Construction Work for Office and Warehouse Building in Gdańsk

This contract involves the execution of construction works for the renovation and modernization of a service and warehouse building located at Chmielna 74/76 in Gdańsk. The goal is to adapt the building for office and warehouse functions for the Pomorski Urząd Wojewódzki (Pomeranian Voivodeship Office). The contractor will be responsible for completing various tasks, including: 1. Finishing the interior of approximately 450 m2 on the second floor to a 'turnkey' standard, making it ready for use by the public administration. 2. Landscaping and managing the green areas, including surface water drainage from a total area of about 150 m2. 3. Supplying and installing one passenger elevator and one freight elevator, including all necessary electrical installations and obtaining required permits for their operation. 4. Ensuring compliance with conservation requirements, public road protection, and fire safety measures as per relevant regulations and decisions. 5. Participating in acceptance procedures and providing necessary documentation and training for the proper operation of installed systems. The project is expected to be completed within 26 weeks from the contract signing date. The total value of the contract is approximately €2,058,011.92.
