Architectural Services for Sports Facility Construction in Pontoise, France

This contract involves a complete project management mission for the construction of a sports facility in the ZAC Bossut area of Pontoise. The facility will include a multi-sport hall with 150 seats and a versatile sports room for martial arts and physical expression activities. The project aims to meet the needs of the University and its institutions, local schools, and clubs, while also accommodating small sports events. Energy efficiency goals include compliance with current thermal regulations (RE 2020 or RT2012-20% if applicable). The project manager will conduct thermal studies at each phase of the project. The energy target is E2, with strategies to achieve E3, and the carbon target is C1 with a level 1 biosourced label. No certification is required. The maximum construction cost is set at €5,100,000 (excluding VAT). The site is located approximately 2 km south of the historic city center of Pontoise, bordered by Avenue de Verdun, Rue Muserolle, and Rue de l'Abbaye.
