Framework Agreement for Fresh Beef Supply in France

The Indre-et-Loire Departmental Council, along with public institutions and local authorities in Touraine, has established a purchasing group to procure fresh beef for school cafeterias and collective catering services in the department. This framework agreement is also available to all local authorities, educational public institutions, and public establishments for dependent elderly persons (EHPAD) in Indre-et-Loire, both current and future signatories of the founding agreement of the purchasing group. Each member of the purchasing group will then enter into their own subsequent contract with the awarded supplier to meet their specific needs, issue purchase orders, and manage the administrative, technical, and financial aspects of these contracts.
