Construction of New Cafeteria and Classrooms in Wennigsen

The Sophie Scholl Comprehensive School in Wennigsen is planning to expand by constructing a new cafeteria/auditorium with assembly space and additional classrooms. This is a new construction project located in the eastern part of the property, situated between the sports hall and Argestorfer Straße. The new building will consist of two floors with a technical mezzanine. The ground floor will feature a large cafeteria and event space, a kitchen area with serving facilities, and restrooms. The upper floor will contain classrooms. The building will be constructed according to passive house standards. This tender is specifically for drywall construction work.
