IT Equipment Purchase for Oncology Institute in Iasi

This public procurement procedure aims to award a contract for the purchase of IT equipment for the Regional Institute of Oncology in Iasi, under the "ONCODIGITAL" project, which focuses on the digital transformation of the institute's information system, including both software and hardware. The project is funded through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) for 2023. The procurement is divided into two lots: Lot 1 includes touch monitors for patient rooms, and Lot 2 includes graphic stations for diagnostics. The signing of the contract for Lot 1 (touch monitors) is contingent upon budget approval, as detailed in the additional information regarding the SUSPENSIVE CLAUSE (Section VI.3). Suppliers can request clarifications or additional information regarding the procurement procedure up to 15 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarifications or additional information on the 10th day before the submission deadline, in accordance with Article 161 of Law 98/2016.
