Supply of Belts for Generators

This contract involves the supply of belts for generators, divided into four parts (tasks). The contracting authority reserves the right to exercise options in this procurement process. The authority may exercise this option multiple times, up to the maximum quantity specified in § 2, paragraph 2 of the contract template, but no later than 30 days from the date of signing the contract. If the authority wishes to exercise the option after this date, written or documented consent from the contractor is required. The exercise of the option will be initiated by sending a relevant notification to the contractor in written or documented form. The contractor does not have any claims against the authority for the execution of optional supplies. Detailed requirements, quantities, and a description of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ and other tender documentation, which will be published on the website of the ongoing procurement process at https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/2rblog.
