Construction of School Facilities in Germany

The project involves the expansion of Lukas School to include new facilities for both the primary school and the secondary school. This will also include the construction of a cafeteria and a two-court sports hall. The project is to be executed using modular or system construction methods. The new facilities are intended to create a modern teaching, learning, and working environment while also considering sustainability aspects. The contractor is required to implement at least the following measures based on the tender documents: - Preparatory construction measures (including planning) - Turnkey construction of the school buildings, including the cafeteria and sports hall, in accordance with the space and functional program, including all associated (ancillary) services and related access measures - Furniture planning and installations (according to the specifications in this performance description and the room type books) - All functional outdoor facilities (e.g., technical installations in outdoor areas, bicycle parking, waste collection points) and necessary outdoor facilities for occupancy, including roads, paths, and squares, as well as associated earthworks and modeling work and fillings (Further requirements can be found in the tender documents).
