Technical Upgrades for Climate Control and Electrical Systems in France

This contract involves lots 2A, 2B, and 8 for technical upgrades to climate control, electrical, security, and supervision systems as defined in the Technical Specifications. The work will be conducted in an occupied site. The entire establishment is classified as ERP type T, L, N, P, W, PA; category: 1st. This procedure follows a previous tender that was divided into lots, where some were unsuccessful or had their scope redefined during execution. Previous works included: Lot 1: Preparatory work for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC); Lot 3: High and low current systems, emergency exit management systems, and fire safety; Lot 5: HVAC; Lot 6: Primary structures for rooftop equipment and reinforcement work. Note: The emergency exit management systems were not completed by the contractor of Lot 3 and are now being reassigned to Lot 8 of this consultation. The duration of the contract for each lot starts from the notification date to the contractor until the contractual guarantees expire.
