The project involves the renovation and rehabilitation of a historical building at the Museum of the Senate. The selected contractor will be responsible for several key tasks, including preliminary studies, final project studies, project execution studies, assistance with contract awarding for construction works, complete execution studies, management of construction contracts, and support during the reception of works. Additionally, in the context of rehabilitation, detailed diagnostic studies will be assigned to the contractor. The budget for this project is €1,579,000.
