Romania – Electrical Installation Works – Modernization, Rehabilitation, and Improvement of Low Voltage Networks Managed by Delgaz Grid - Stage 1 – Preparation of Technical and Economic Documentation (Phase PTh+CS+DTAC+DDE), Supply of Products and Execution of Works - 8 Lots

The procurement involves the execution of works for the "Modernization, Rehabilitation, and Improvement of Low Voltage Networks Managed by Delgaz Grid - Stage 1 – Preparation of Technical and Economic Documentation (Phase PTh+CS+DTAC+DDE), Supply of Products and Execution of Works - 8 Lots", which includes: A. Preparation of Technical and Economic Documentation (Phase PTh+CS+DTAC+DDE) B. Execution of works in the medium voltage network/transformation station:  New concrete transformation stations will be installed.  Power transformers will be replaced if necessary based on measurements and calculations.  Old medium voltage fuse frames will be replaced with new frames, including ZnO surge arresters.  Transformer platforms will be replaced or repaired if necessary.  Distribution boxes and general 0, 4 kV columns will be replaced, sized according to the power of the transformers, if applicable. If the distribution box is replaced, a separate ignition point for public lighting will be installed.  Grounding sockets will be measured/improved/installed to appropriate values.  All installations will be fully labeled according to IP-SSM 33 – Safety and/or Health Signage of Electrical Installations, of DELGAZ GRID. C. Execution of works in the low voltage network  Classic and under-sized, damaged, insulated conductors will be replaced with twisted conductors NFA2X 50 Ol-Al 3x95+2x25 mm², to meet current technical standards and DELGAZ GRID standardization.  Existing cracked, non-compliant poles will be replaced with new, appropriately sized poles, and where possible, they will be removed from private properties and placed in the public domain.  All tilted poles will be straightened.  Underground networks will be created in certain areas, in accordance with the requirements of urbanism certificates.  Distribution cabinets will be installed.  Circuits will be reconfigured by creating new circuits to fit within the accepted limits of voltage drops, if necessary.  Selectivity boxes will be installed to ensure protection against short-circuit currents and grounding.  Isolation boxes will be installed in case of looping with other circuits.  Inadequate grounding sockets will be measured/improved.  Grounding sockets of appropriate values will be installed.  Low voltage connections will be modernized throughout the station area, respecting the construction solutions presented in the technical solution for connections developed by DELGAZ GRID: SOT 17_A2 – Construction Solutions for Connections in the Case of Modernization and Repair Works.  All installations will be fully labeled according to IP-SSM 33 – Safety and/or Health Signage of Electrical Installations, of DELGAZ GRID.  Provisioning will be ensured during the works and for other additional works necessary to comply with the performance standard, Ord. 11/2016, regarding the duration of interruptions. D. Purchase and delivery of all materials and equipment necessary for the execution of all works. The procurement is divided into 8 (eight) lots, according to Chapter II.2 List of Lots.
