Construction Work for Cultural Center Renovation

This contract involves the renovation of the Botanical Garden building to convert it into a Cultural Center for the French Community. The last major renovation took place between 1980 and 1983, and since then, no significant updates have been made to the performance halls. The only ongoing renovation is for the High Glazing work. After nearly 40 years of operation, an update to the facilities is urgently needed. In 2018, the Cultural Center lost management of the Cirque Royale hall, which it had managed since 1999. The Botanique organization has approached the DICHA and the Minister of Culture to propose self-funded renovation work to improve and increase the capacity of its two main halls: the Orangerie and the Rotonde.
