Brief
This contract aims to procure medical equipment for the Dr. Valer Russu Hospital in Luduș, Mureș County, Romania. The procurement is divided into several lots: LOT 1 - Medical Furniture, LOT 2 - Ultrasound Machines, LOT 3 - Various Medical Equipment, LOT 4 - Diagnostic and Treatment Equipment, LOT 5 - ENT and Ophthalmology Equipment, LOT 6 - IT Equipment. Products will be delivered to the Dr. Valer Russu Hospital in Luduș, Mureș County. Note: The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information 11 days before the deadline for submitting offers, provided that requests are submitted within the specified timeframe (20 days before the deadline for submitting offers). This contract is subject to a suspensive condition, meaning its effectiveness depends entirely on the contracting authority obtaining the necessary funding. Key points include: 1. Contract Execution Condition: The contract will take effect (i.e., come into force and obligations will begin) only after the contracting authority confirms the funding allocated for this project. 2. Equipment Delivery Deadline: The maximum delivery time for the equipment is 60 calendar days from the date the contracting authority issues the Order to start deliveries. The issuance of this Order is also conditional on the actual availability of funds. 3. Maximum Suspension Period: The estimated period during which the contract may remain suspended (from the moment of signing by both parties until funding confirmation and issuance of the Order to start) will not exceed 24 months. 4. Consequences of Not Obtaining Funding: If the contracting authority does not obtain the necessary funding for this contract within the aforementioned maximum period of 24 months, the contract will automatically cease (it will be considered as never effectively concluded/unilaterally terminated by the contracting authority), without any prior notification and without the bidder/contractor having the right to claim damages, compensation, or reimbursement of any expenses incurred in preparation for or in connection with this contract.
