Flooring Renovation Contract for Puchheim Middle School

The Puchheim Middle School is undergoing extensive renovations due to fire safety deficiencies. This contract (VE2312a) includes all measures for the construction, sealing, insulation, and renovation of flooring structures. Key tasks include: - Installing sealing membranes as a vapor barrier against ground moisture, including connections to rising components and sealing of interior and exterior corners (approximately 146 m²). - Applying perlite fill for leveling (approximately 146 m²) and thermal insulation using EPS foam boards (approximately 146 m²). - Laying floating flooring (approximately 173 m²). - Renovation of existing flooring from the ground floor to the third floor, including milling, grinding, and filling the surface, as well as stabilizing cracks with resin (approximately 200 m²). All work must comply with the tender documents and applicable safety and quality requirements. Current standards and regulations must be observed to meet both technical and aesthetic requirements.
