Road Construction Project Documentation

The purpose of this public contract is to prepare all levels of project documentation according to the standards of ČKAIT services. This includes complete design and engineering activities and obtaining all necessary decisions, including legal validity, securing other measures from public administration bodies, or other actions enabling the realization of the project titled 'Relocation of Road III/4701 Šenov, Václavovická Street (connecting Road II/478 Datyňská Street and III/4701 Václavovická Street)'. Key tasks include: • Preparing all necessary project documentation and ensuring the issuance of valid administrative decisions (or securing effective public law contracts replacing administrative decisions) allowing for: - All surveys necessary for the construction of the new road, - Collaboration with the client in acquiring land affected by the investment project, - Construction of individual lines of technical infrastructure connected to existing technical infrastructure, - Implementation of so-called induced (forced) investments (e.g., relocations of existing technical infrastructure), - Preparing all necessary project documentation for obtaining project approval (DSP) • Preparing all necessary project documentation for construction execution (DPS), • Performing author supervision in accordance with this contract (author supervision).
