Water Supply and Sewerage System Expansion in Zalău

This project aims to expand the water supply and sewerage systems in Zalău, Sălaj County, to improve the existing infrastructure. Key works include the installation of 830 connection manholes and 4,150 meters of DN160 mm smooth PP pipes for consumer connections. The sewer network will be extended by 41,251 meters using PP and PAFSIN pipes, with manholes compliant with NP133-2022 standards. A 3,200-meter long pressure network will be constructed using PN10 PEID pipes. Additionally, 12 modern wastewater pumping stations and 8 treated water pumping stations, integrated into a SCADA system with a flow rate of 7 l/s, will be built. The drinking water network will be extended by 32,443 meters using PEID pipes, and 653 individual connections will ensure consumer access. For fire safety, 178 DN80 mm above-ground hydrants will be installed. These investments will modernize the water and sewer systems in Zalău, ensuring a sustainable and efficient infrastructure for the community. Suppliers wishing to request clarifications regarding the award documentation must register as economic operators on SEAP (www.e-licitatie.ro) and submit their requests, considering the response deadlines set by the contracting authority as per Articles 172-173 of Law no. 99/2016. The deadline for economic operators to request clarifications, in accordance with Article 172 of Law 99/2016, is 15 days before the deadline for submitting offers. If requests for clarifications or additional information are made within the timeframe specified in the participation/competition announcement, the contracting authority must respond to these requests at least 10 days before the established deadline for submitting offers.
